We have Movie Day every Friday where we watch a movie to enhance the subject matter we've studied during the week. National Geographic has the series "Aerial America" with 10 episodes about various regions of the U.S. The episode featuring Hawaii (episode 2) is a very beautiful video addition to the curriculum. We watched it through Netflix.com, Instant Streaming.
