Important Lesson Revisions - posted from Durham, NC

Due to problems with the fertilizer demonstration in the previous version of this unit, the end of the unit was rewritten.

The previous version ended with these three lessons:

Lesson 11: Farming Practices and Cycles
Lesson 12: Cycles and Stewardship
Final Project: Nitrogen Experiment

They were replaced by the following:

Lesson 11: The Nitrogen Cycle
Final Project: A Sustainable Farm
