We've enjoyed the free Grammar songs and videos on this website to enhance the Grammar vocabulary. They are short and easy to incorporate into the lesson time. School House Rock videos on Youtube are also a big hit! While most of these are review at the 10-12 age level my kids never get tired of watching videos as part of their instruction time.

The reading assignment for this lesson should have read:

"Read chapters 36-50 and then answer the following questions in complete sentences:"

In an early printing of the book, it actually assigned chapters 36-40.
