My daughter thought energy was going to be boring. She was wrong. She loved this lesson. She loves to move so as we read about each type of energy, she tried it. Instead of completing the worksheet on how would you demonstrate it, she made a video demonstrating each type of energy. My favorite was when she put her stuffed snake on her head for potential energy and then had it fall for kinetic energy.
