Explore Earth's Seven Continents, by Bobbie Kalman, is a great supplementary reading for this lesson. It gives more detail about landmarks and native animals on each continent.

We did a game where one person hid a continent and the other had to spot which one.

The paper mache balloon globe cutout sheet shows Antarctica as a flattened continent. If it's going on a round globe, it should be represented as the actual, round continent. Here's a link to a different cutout page with a better representation of Antarctica.
