This video has some great footage of the mimic octopuses. It shows the octopi mimicking dangerous fish and even poisonous snakes.

Stumbled upon an even earlier TED video of David Gallo showing life that is adapted to tremendous depths and temperatures. These are great examples of aquatic adaptations.

When my son saw the last example of the octopus blending into its surroundings, his response was: "How did he do that?" A truly amazing video.
