Bake Cookies- posted from Knoxville, TN
I baked cookies with my kiddos, letting them read the directions and add the ingredients. With each step we discussed whether it was capacity or weight we were measuring. We also combined 3 tsp to show it made 1 tbsp, etc., and then we incorporated the texture lesson by discussing the texture and other adjectives of the cookie dough before and after baking.
