KEEP - Kansas Education Enrichment Program
Beyond the Page is an approved homeschool vendor for the Kansas KEEP Program. Qualifying parents and guardians can spend up to $1,000 per eligible student on acceptable educational goods and services.

How to Use Your Kansas KEEP Scholarship

Apply for a Kansas KEEP Scholarship
The first thing you need to do is apply for the Kansas KEEP Scholarship. Once approved, you will receive an email from Merit International with your digital access credentials.

Register as a Kansas KEEP family with Beyond the Page
This is a simple and free step to let us know that you will be purchasing materials through Kansas KEEP.

Add Acceptable Items to Your Shopping Cart
A list of acceptable items is included at the bottom of this page. (Acceptable Goods & Services)
- Add items from the bottom of this page to your shopping cart.

When finished, go to the shopping cart and click the button that says, "Create an Order Request."

Fill in your details and shipping information. Then create your order request.
Important: Use your Kansas Keep Award ID in the student id field. (How do I find my award number?)

Make a screenshot or PDF of the page that says "Your Order Request Has Been Saved." On most browsers, you can hit CTRL-P to print. Then select "Save as PDF" instead of a printer.

Upload your invoice with Merit's Kansas KEEP app
Your order request has been created, but it will not be shipped until someone from Kansa KEEP approves it. You must upload your invoice using the Kansas KEEP Merit app or the website. Use the screenshot or PDF you took earlier for documentation.

Friendly Reminder for parents / Guardians to Submit a Claim
- Remember, when you're ready to submit a claim for approval, head to the KEEP app and click Login with Merit. (You can also view the full instructional video here).
- The order request will not be approved until a claim has been submitted, so we recommend that you submit a claim the same day you make the order request. Additional help center articles can be found here.

Your Order Will Ship After It Is Approved
Once your order is approved by a representative from Kansas KEEP, your order will ship directly to your door.
