A Note about Shipping

We knew that homeschooling was going to be a popular option this year, but we had no idea the extent of it. To accommodate the explosive increase in orders that we have been experiencing, we have made some decisions that will impact you directly.
First, we now offer complimentary online access to curriculum with every curriculum purchase. All of the curriculum you purchased is available to you by clicking the online link on our website.
We are focusing our production on first-semester curriculum so families can get started homeschooling. We expect to begin shipping backorders of second-semester curriculum by October 1st.
As a literature-based curriculum company, we invariably have backorders from book publishers, and the number has increased this year. Usually these backorders last 2-6 weeks. We will immediately ship out backordered first-semester books as soon as they arrive.
When the COVID-19 crisis shut down our economy in March, we hired a bunch of students and temporarily out-of-work small business owners to assemble more science and math kits. This effort has helped us maintain our kit levels, but we will need to make more kits soon. Visit the order status page for an update on kit availability.
This new reality is going to require a fair degree of flexibility on your part. I am very sorry that is the case, and I know that some of you will not be happy with this. If you decide to cancel your order, we fully understand. You can cancel your order from the account page of our website. Any order cancelled before it is shipped will not be charged to your credit card.
Rest assured that we will be working hard in the coming weeks to get you everything that you need. We have opened a second warehouse and have two teams now working seven days a week to get curriculum shipped out.
