Our Age 7-9 math curriculum provides a strong foundation in key math concepts. This includes multiplication and division, graphing, place value up to 10,000, time measurement, fractions, geometry, and weight and volume. Through our Learning Gates system, students receive ongoing review and detailed quiz reports that help parents identify strengths and areas for improvement. We emphasize hands-on learning with manipulatives and games to ensure children grasp concepts before applying problem-solving methods. To make teaching easy, we also provide a materials kit with everything needed for a seamless learning experience.

Students explore carefully selected math books that ensure a well-rounded experience. Beyond the Page is the only math curriculum that incorporates literature to empower students to understand the "why" behind using a specific algorithm.

The curriculum includes six books that explore:

• Fractions
• Place Value
• Division
• Perimeter
• Area

We use hands-on math exercises to help students develop problem-solving fluency and mathematical understanding. Each day, children will complete between two and four short activities, which include:

• Reading literature
• Singing a song about numbers
• Playing math games with cards and dice
• Creating shapes on a geoboard
• Designing their own counting book

This level is often used as a third grade homeschool curriculum.
